How much it will cost? 
As an international student, you must pay your tuition fees for the program, Fees is usually taken before students arrives in Australia. Mostly all Universities follow the process of Per term (6’ months) Fees deposit. Students are also expected to ay for their Fees each term.

Foundation Studies : A$9,000 to 11,000$ per year

Vocational Courses : these are diploma and certificate level courses. Costs : 8000$ - 12,000$ per year

Bachelor Degree A$ 14,000 to 35,000 a year (courses in Business, arts, designs tend to be around 14,000$ and courses in science, Engineering, IT tend to be 18000$ or higher )

Postgraduate & Masters Degree Courses : 15,000$ - 28,000$ per year. (Business, arts, designs programs tend to be around 15,000$ - 20,000$ and courses in science, Engineering, IT tend to be higher )

Living Costs - Prescribed living cost for international students is 18,000$ per year, however this could vary depending on individual lifestyle. Further prescribed costs can be A$6,300 a year for the student’s partner; A$3,600 a year for the student’s first child; and A$2,700 a year for every other child and where required. This cost covers basic expenses like : accommodation, Food and basic Travel within city or campus.
  Accommodation Information
Intermational student housing
These are usually located on campus or nearby, with single or twin rooms. Bed linen and cleaning are provided. Meals are eaten in a communal dining hall, with special dietary needs catered for Student accommodation is around 180$ - 300$ per week.
Off Campus:

Homestay or private board
This gets you a room in a suburban house, usually with a garden and lawns. Your host family will help you adjust to life in Australia. Typical cost can be from 150$ - 300$ per week depending on the room size and Facilities offered by the family.

Renting a house or apartment
Students can rest private apartments or house. You can either stay alone or share the apartment, these range from a two-bedroom apartment to a large house on its own land. Most rental properties are unfurnished, apart from an oven, a laundry, curtains and carpet.

You pay for electricity, gas, phone and water, including connection fees. usually a bond of up to 4 weeks' rent is held by Tenancy Services and refunded when you move out, if the flat is still in good condition. Costs can vary between 350$ per week to 1000$ week for complete apartment / house. price also depdned on the location of the property. These are shared by 2-3 students which brings the total cost Lower.

Temperoray Accomodation / Hotels: You can also choose to initial stay at Local hotel or Motel close to the campus for temporary period, costs of such hotel single occupancy vary from 50$- 150$ per night.

Process to Apply
  Application - students need to submit their academic and work experience Documents as per Institutes guidelines.

If the students meet the guidelines then Institutes issues a Offer Letter’ to the students.
application process time frame is different for all institutes however average process time is 1- 4 weeks. Research applications take longer than this to process.
Visa - Process time for Visa application outcome is 4- 8 weeks for most of the complete applications. Students can be interviewd by the Local embassy for further clarifications on visa file. Studnets are expected to follow the prescribed checklist for submitting docuemnst for visa for assessment.
